The period for requesting support regarding purchased products is as long as the duration of the purchased product as of the purchase date.
No refund/exchange can be made under any circumstances. This rule must be accepted before purchase, otherwise, you are not allowed to purchase.
Disregarding any rule accepted on the forum including refund/exchange, or demanding the opposite, causes your forum account to be banned.
